Hadrian, 117-138. Cistophorus (Silver, 28 mm, 11.08 g, 6 h), Ephesus. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P Bare head of Hadrian to right. Rev. COS III Aesculapius standing front, head to left, leaning right on serpent-entwined staff. Metcalf 20. RPC III online 1348.15 (this coin). Fresh and attractive. A few very light marks and with minor weakness on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
